Rio em Dados is an initiative formed by students and professors from UFRJ and ENCE (National School of Statistical Sciences) whose objective is to analyze and disseminate data of public interest. In addition, it has the purpose is the dissemination of science and statistics, as well as their applications.

The professors from the programa, João Batista de Morais Pereira and Kelly Cristina Mota Gonçalves, are part of the Rio em Data initiative, as well as some students from the program.
